Visual Sample Plan (VSP) has over 15 years of history supporting environmental sample size designs. The software has been developed through the funding of multiple government agencies. All the VSP staff are Department of Energy Laboratory employees. The VSP team resides at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (vsp.pnnl.gov). J. Hathaway and Brent Pulsipher have recently left PNNL and continue to stay involved in the VSP community through training courses and consulting services.
J. Hathaway currently teaches at BYU-Idaho in the Mathematics department. He filled many roles on the VSP team during his employment at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) and continues to support the VSP community along with students from BYU-I in partnership with the Research and Business Development Center.
